Just Open Adsense Website click here
and click sign up.
And in the form, Enter.
Website url, (Enter your own website url or else you wont be able to display ads)
Name as in your Bank Account (Since google pays checks in the Bank Account Name)
Home address for receiving the checks.
Now u have to wait for approval from google, getting approval is not easy, your website should contain good contents and the contents should not be copied form other websites and also it should not contain Adult content or Phonographic contents For more information click here .
Once u have got approval form google you can login to your adsense account and start displaying ads in your website.
Displaying ads is simple, just login to your adsense account and get the html code and place it in your source code of your website, that’s all your website will be now displaying the ads.

• In orkut there are communities for “Google Adsense click Exchangers”, you can join those communities and earn a lot
• Add your website url in Search Engines it’s a very simple process it wont take more than 2 minutes, example (Google, Yahoo, MSN)
• Or else u can give your ads to be displayed in Others website like www.indiastudychannel.com this will bring u more revenue
• Use chat rooms like (Yahoo messenger, Rediff etc.,)to increase your Earnings but keep in mind don’t tell anyone to click your ads just tell them to visit your website
• Give Ads about your website in Newspapers or TV advertisement

Here is the answer:
Every computer has an IP address (for example 117.425.15.15) and When ever a click is made Google Server Scans the IP address automatically.
And also wherever you login to Google Adsense Account your IP address will be noted.
So if you login to your account form a IP address and, the click is also made form the same IP address you will be caught and the account will be disabled.
